Refund policy

We are able to offer returns or exchanges only in very specific circumstances.

In order to initiate the return process, please raise a return request by contacting us at info@littlesilkstories.com within 24 hours of receiving your product.

We will review your request on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we deem your case to be non-eligible.
Once we confirm the acceptance of your return or exchange, we will send you all the necessary details to send us back the products. The products must be unused and in their original packaging along with the invoice and tags intact.
You must ship the products within 3 days following our confirmation. You will have to bear the full cost of returns, including any customs, tariffs, and taxes incurred. This will not be refundable.
After we receive your return, we will inspect and get back to you about an exchange or a refund.
In case of refunds, your original payment method will be credited with the refund amount.
